One of the things I love about steam systems is that they’re full of hidden opportunities.
Take flash steam, for example.
Whenever high-pressure condensate is released to a lower pressure, part of it instantly turns into steam. That’s free energy, and in many cases we just let it drift away.
By installing a simple recovery setup, you can capture that steam and use it to preheat feedwater , heat exchangers , warm spaces , or even feed low-pressure processes. In some systems, you can recover up to 80% of the energy that would otherwise be wasted.
Less fuel burned. Lower emissions. Faster payback!
