One of the things I love about steam systems is that they’re full of hidden opportunities. Take flash steam, for example. Whenever high-pressure condensate is released to a lower pressure, part of it instantly turns into steam. That’s free energy, and in many cases we just let it drift away. By installing a simple recovery setup, you can capture that steam and use it to preheat feedwater , heat exchangers , warm spaces , or even feed low-pressure processes. In some systems, you can recover up to 80% of the energy that would otherwise be wasted. Less fuel burned. Lower emissions. Faster payback!

Yes indeed, thank you for this reminder information
Iam happy to share a couple of unique experiences from my recent site visits in Saudi Arabia. First, I had the privilege of visiting a new site at the Red Sea Project to assist with the commissioning of a new boiler room. Consisting two new boilers, each 6 tons/hr, running on LPG burners. The goal of the visit was to help with the initial startup and make sure everything was running smoothly, and it was a truly memorable experience. My second visit was to Madinah, where we conducted an inspection of four boilers, each with a capacity of 2 tons/hr. The focus was on ensuring the safety and efficiency of the operating systems. This kind of visit is crucial for guaranteeing continued safe and reliable operation, and it's a constant reminder of how much the small details matter in our field. Every site visit adds to my experience and knowledge. I'm so grateful for every chance I work with my colleagues in this industry.
